Bible Verse

At my son’s school they teach one bible verse every month. They recite it every day and by the end of the month, the kids know it well. Today, they learned the verse for November. I asked my son, “What is this month’s bible verse?”
He replied, “Give God all of your stuff.”
Really? That’s in the bible?
I read the bulletin and it was actually, “Give thanks to God for everything.”
Ahh, kids. The funny thing is that he seemed ok with giving God all of his stuff. Not a bad trait to have at 4.
He cracks me up! I asked Will if they learn one and he said yes. When I asked what it was he said, “Uummmm…ABC’s?” So, I am pretty sure the 3 year old room does not learn a bible verse but who knows.
