This is bad TV.  If you’re above crappy reality shows, go check out something else.  Maybe sporcle for awhile?

If you admit to watching crappy reality shows read on…

Last night was a real conundrum.  Denise Richard’s show was on at the same time as Tori & Dean.  Decisions, decisions.  Denise’s show is funny and I like to see how her house is decorated.  She was going to visit her sister last night and it looked good.  On the other hand, over on Oxygen, a pregnant Tori Spelling was house shopping in LA.  Ooh, that’s good stuff, too.  She’s got the dressed-up dog, the husband with complicated hobbies, and a good work ethic.  I feel like I relate on 2 of the 3, so opted to stay with Tori.  Good show!  Total crap, worthless in all aspects, but still good TV.   There’s something about being a 30 something mom and watching other 30 something mom’s doing mom stuff.  It’s completely mundane, but somehow seeing what I do being done by celebrities or other folks on TV is cool.  I’m so lame.  :)  See also: Jon & Kate plus 8, Super Nanny, etc.

Note: The great things about these show is that their networks replay the same episodes over and over so I’m sure I’ll catch Denise later.  Ohh, if you’re looking for more so bad it’s good TV… check out Shear Genius on Bravo tonight.
