Everybody’s Got an Opinion

So the Oscar’s are on tonight… Here are some of my random thoughts on the celebrities.
- John Travolta is just weird. I guess I don’t like his hair, but it may also be the whole Scientology thing.
- Patrick Dempsey is amazingly handsome. Some may think he seems conceited, but from the dork back in the
80’s to the leading man of today. Wow.
- Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban: cute couple. Hope it
works out for them
- Not at the oscars, but weirdest couple: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Again, maybe the Scientology thing is the turnoff. I loved him in the earlier years and I loved her as Joey Potter on Dawson’s Creek (God, I miss that show). Now, however, they are just weirdos.
- Ryan Seacrest asked Jessica Alba if she was going to breastfeed her baby. Come on! Are you kidding? That is just not appropriate. The stupid producers just want to talk about boobs. Not cool.
- Johnny Depp: great looking guy who clearly isn’t living up to his beauty potential tonight. Too bad.
Johnny Depp - great talent that needs to win an award, already! Talk about coming a long way. I was wondering last night if he was talking with his wife about his Oscar nomination and reflecting on his early years on 21 Jump Street and Nightmare on Elmstreet (#1). He’s one who was hot back then and (in my opinion) is still hot! He had a weird phase (case in point: “Winona Forever” and multiple, random engagements) but now seems mellow and is (again, my opinion) a creative genious.
Did you happen to see John Travolta on Oprah a long time ago? He was crying so much about something (I forget what) but it was gross. He had snot all over the place. I agree with you about him being weird!
