I’ve written before about how blind I am at night, but here’s a new one…

My daughter is enjoying her last days in the bassinet next to our bed.  I will miss her in our room because I love knowing what she’s doing and having the quick access to her in case she wakes up.  With her being so close, it has been easy to offer her the binky (pacifier) if she begins to stir.  Unfortunately, because I’m half asleep in the middle of the night in a dark room, I can’t always find the binkies easily.  What’s worse is that I can’t always find the right orifice for the binky.  Last night I tried unsuccessfully to get the binky into her ear.  Oops!

Q-Tips and Binkies?  What are things that should not go into babies’ ears!!!
